This book is a collection of research notes and documents by a scientist who was contracted by shadow government to visit all crash sites, interrogate captured alien life forms, and analyze data. Later it was discovered that this scientist was independently collecting his notes and secret classified  documents so, secret government elements had to schedule his termination. This scientist narrowly escaped the termination, leaked this information and went into hiding in 1990.
